PDG is pleased to announce that we have recently received the final PDAC code verification for the Elevation. 

The Elevation by PDG is suitable for a wide range of users and allows them to embrace daily activities. Unique features such as gas strut suspension, ultra-lightweight frame, dynamic/on-the-fly seat height adjustment, and adjustable back angle make the Elevation a highly adaptable chair. Users can easily adjust sitting posture to suit activity.

The following HCPCS codes should be used for billing by DME MACs:

• The Frame is an ultralight frame, either K0005 or E1235 (for pediatric sizes)
• The Dynamic Recline accessory is a Semi-Reclining Back  E1225
• The Elevation feature is a K0108

The Elevation and all available accessories are also listed and eligible for funding through the Federal Supply Schedule and are accessible to United States Veterans.
